The event room will be open the night before if you want to set up your computer, etc.
There is both Wi-Fi and Ethernet cabling for internet
All meetings, meals and happy hour events are on the 12th floor of the D Hotel
Schedule
Monday 12/9:
Meet-n-greet with cocktails and appetizers @ Traverse City Patio (it’s on the 12th floor!) from 6-9 PM PST.
Tuesday 12/10:
Live Trading opens at 5:30 AM PST in the Saginaw/Petoskey/Dearborn room (it’s on the 12th floor!)
Breakfast will be served between 7 AM & 8 AM PST in the Birmingham/Grand Rapids room (it’s on the 12th floor!)
Mastermind Classes will start at 8:30 AM PST and end around 11:45 AM PST in the Saginaw/Petoskey/Dearborn room
Lunch will break from 12 NOON to 1 PM PST in the Birmingham/Grand Rapids room
Mastermind Classes will restart around 1:15 PM PST and finish around 4 PM PST in the Saginaw/Petoskey/Dearborn room
Wednesday 12/11:
Live Trading opens at 5:30 AM PST in the Saginaw/Petoskey/Dearborn room

Optional Live Trading opens at 5:30 AM PST in the Saginaw/Petoskey/Dearborn room

Mastermind Classes will start at 8:30 AM PST and end around 11:45 AM PST in the Saginaw/Petoskey/Dearborn room
Lunch will break from 12 NOON to 1 PM PST in the Birmingham/Grand Rapids room
You will be able to leave your bags, etc., in the room until you are ready for your flight home!
